1) The Esab has submitted a draft agreement that the union delegation considers inadmissible and totally unsatisfactory on substantive points and qualifying.
a) There are clear commitments by the company relating to the process of re-industrialization and potential job opportunities and relocation of workers, to be transposed in the discussion table with Min of Economic Development and all ist. b) Legal certainty and guarantees of employment prospects and logistics workers not involved in the restructuring process.
c) Insufficient evidence of income protection for workers who use of social safety nets.
2) The trade union delegation reiterated its willingness to continue negotiations to the bitter end, until the Ministerial meeting and noted the serious statement made at the table from which said the draft agreement presented was the limit of the mandate received from the property in relation to the place where the meeting was taking place, referring to the ministerial table any changes.
3) The trade union delegation made the decision to define together with the workers in the assembly today is more trade union initiatives to combat the conditions present at the meeting to be at the Ministry of Labour, convened on September 14 at 14:00 in Rome starting from the opinion expressed irreivibilità on the draft agreement submitted by the company.
